Company “National Company “Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary” (hereafter – Company) invites
investors for the participation on the construction of facilities of the second
phase of the National space center in Astana city (Turan avenue, №89) – of the facilities
of social-cultural, housing and civil purposes and other commercial facilities
in the service sector: trade-entertainment, hotel and sports and
Construction of these facilities shall be carried out on the territory of about 15 hectares, on the acquired land parcel with the overall area of 30 hectares, with the delivered external engineer networks and communication lines (heating-autonomous).
National space center is located on the arterial road (highway): from the national airport through constructed “EXPO-2017” exhibition center and new administrational center of the capital to the old center of the city by Turan avenue. There are new facilities located in the neighborhood: National defense university on the name of the First president of the Republic of Kazakhstan – leader of the nation, Kazatomprom factory on the production of the photoelectrical modules, institution of higher education Nazarbayev University.
For the commencement of the works it is required to develop technical-economical justification, obtain expertise conclusion and approve technical-economical justification with the updated technical-economical indicators, further to develop design and estimate documentation, to conduct the expertise and approve the construction documentation as per Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As part of infrastructure facilities it is designed to construct the following objects:
1) Houses with the equipped areas and parking zones;
3) Trade-entertainment complex;
5) Sports-fitness complex;
6) Space museum with the planetarium.
Company considers the possibility of division/association of these objects, modification of their technical parameters, as well as construction of the additional objects in the investor’s discretion on the JSC “NC “KGS” approval in order to increase their commercial attractiveness.
Besides it is planned to consider different variants of cooperation with finance/co-finance provision, as well as participation of other entities in consortium with the distribution of the authorities, obligations, asset contributions, share of expenses and profits, risks.
Priority criteria will be: availability of acquisition of the apartment by the employees of our Company and space industry (direct sale, rent-to-own), payback period, as well as commercial and tourist attractiveness of the new objects.
