The position of a compliance officer in JSC “NC “Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary” was created as part of the initiatives, measures and actions taken by the JSC to ensure compliance with mandatory regulatory requirements and best international practices in the field of combating corruption.
The main task of the compliance officer is to ensure that JSC employees comply with the anti-corruption legislation of the republic.
Civil society plays an important role in combating corruption, and the effectiveness of measures can be enhanced with its active participation in this work.
In order to stimulate, on the basis of Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2015 No. 1131, encouragement is carried out, including in the form of a lump-sum monetary reward, to persons who reported facts of corruption or otherwise assisted in combating corruption.
